Our Locations
Bridgeview Marine has three locations on the BC coast: Delta, Prince Rupert, and Sandspit. Since 1979, we have grown from a single Fraser River shop into a full boat sales and marine service business that pleasure boaters and commercial operators rely on up and down the coast. Whether you are hauling out for the season on the Fraser, keeping a fishing boat running out of Prince Rupert harbour, or servicing a charter vessel on Haida Gwaii, one of our three locations is set up to help.
We are an authorized Mercury Marine and Volvo Penta dealer, a certified Mercury VERADO sales and service centre, and a Volvo Penta rapid-response dealer, so the same brands and the same standard of work follow you between branches.
Our factory trained and certified master technicians handle the full range of marine work at each of our three locations, including:
- Engine diagnostics, oil and filter changes, and fuel system inspection
- Repower services for all makes and models, plus certified Mercury VERADO and Volvo Penta work
- Warranty repair for all makes and models
- Custom aluminum fabrication and custom upholstery and canvas
- Fibreglass and gelcoat repair, bottom painting, and detailing
- Inflatable boat repair
- Winterization and spring commissioning
- Insurance claims processing
- Trailer parts and repairs
- Mobile service calls
- New and used boat parts, plus a fleet of trucks and trailers (12 to 40 feet) for hauling boats between our shops and yours
Every location draws on the same parts inventory network and the same trained team, so a part or a technician at one branch is never far from reach at another.
Our Delta location is where Bridgeview Marine started, and it remains our largest facility. Sitting on River Road within sight of the Alex Fraser Bridge, we are close to Fraser River launch points that pleasure boaters use heading out toward the Gulf of Georgia and Tsawwassen. With the most floor space of our three shops, Delta is where we house the deepest parts inventory and the widest selection of new and used Princecraft aluminum boats, and it is our hub for the truck and trailer fleet that moves boats to and from our other locations.

Our Prince Rupert location serves a working harbour, and the demands are different from the Fraser River. Boats here run in a busy commercial fishing fleet alongside recreational vessels, and downtime costs real money when a fishing opener is on the line. We keep local Mercury and Volvo Penta parts on hand and stand ready with rapid-response service, so a boat that goes down does not sit waiting on a part from the Lower Mainland. Our team understands the wear that northern coastal conditions put on engines, steering, and electrical systems, and we build our service scheduling around a fleet that cannot afford to be tied up for long.

Our Sandspit location sits at the eastern end of Skidegate Channel on Haida Gwaii, a service area unlike anywhere else we operate. Boaters here are a ferry ride from Graham Island, and getting a part shipped in the usual way can mean days of delay. We hold local inventory and run mobile service calls specifically so island boaters, from charter operators fishing Cartwright Sound to weekend anglers, are not stuck waiting on a courier. It is also our smallest location, and that is by design: a tight-knit team that knows the local boats, water, and weather.

Frequently Asked Questions
Which location should I visit?
Start with whichever location is closest to where you keep your boat. Delta is the right stop for anyone on the Fraser River or in the Lower Mainland, Prince Rupert serves the north coast and the commercial fishing fleet, and Sandspit is set up for boaters on Haida Gwaii. If you are ever unsure, call any location and we will point you the right way, since all three draw on the same parts network and technician training.
Do all three locations offer the same services?
Yes. Every location handles engine diagnostics, repairs, winterization, repowers, and warranty work for all makes and models, along with the specialty work like custom fabrication, upholstery, and gelcoat repair. What changes is scale, not capability. Delta carries the deepest inventory and boat selection because it is our original and largest shop.
Can I get mobile service if I am not near one of your locations?
In many cases, yes. All three locations offer mobile service calls, and our Prince Rupert and Sandspit teams in particular are set up to reach boaters in more remote parts of the north coast and Haida Gwaii without requiring a haul to the shop.
Are your Prince Rupert and Sandspit locations equipped for commercial fishing boats?
Yes. Both locations regularly service commercial fishing vessels alongside recreational boats, and our technicians are used to working around fleet schedules where a boat needs to be back on the water fast.
Do you sell boats at every location, or only in Delta?
Delta carries the widest selection of new and used Princecraft aluminum boats, but Prince Rupert and Sandspit can also arrange sales and bring boats in from our trailer fleet. Ask your local team what is currently in stock.
Do I need to bring my boat to you or can you come to us?
Both options are available. We offer mobile service calls at every location for repairs that do not require shop equipment, and our fleet of trucks and trailers can haul a boat between locations when a job needs the full shop.
