About Bridgeview Marine
At Bridgeview Marine, we have a long and proud history of serving British Columbia’s boaters and building lasting relationships in each of the communities we reach. Since we got our start in 1979, it has been our goal to provide the best possible boating service and products to anyone who comes through our doors in order to equip local boaters with the knowledge, skills, confidence, and gear to properly experience the joy of owning and operating a boat.
Putting the Community First
Our multiple facilities all along the British Columbia coast allow us to get involved in all kinds of communities and help people all over the province. At Bridgeview Marine, our passion is for customer service and quality parts and products. As a family-owned and operated business, forming ongoing relationships with our customers is important to us, so our team will always do their best to ensure you get what you need and that you are happy with how you got it. We take pride in keeping our knowledgeable staff up to date and ready to help.
We are huge supporters of marine life and pursuits in British Columbia. Bridgeview Marine’s various locations are heavily involved in helping raise awareness and knowledge that brings us closer to our oceans through our support for local sports groups and fishing derbies in every community that we are established. We also very proudly support the following groups:
- Pacific Salmon Foundation
- Sport Fishing Institute
- Percy Walkus Hatchery
Our focus on parts knowledge, our desire to stay up to date, and our desire to put customer service, integrity, and teamwork above all else has allowed us to help keep our clients on the water.
Bridgeview Marine: Family Owned Since 1979
Bridgeview Marine got its start in Surrey’s Bridgeview district in 1979 as Bridgeview Auto & Marine by Don McNeice. After the purchase of Lloyd’s Boat Place in 1984, our location moved to River Road in Delta, BC, where we have been building our team and providing reliable service to the community for many years. Our Lower Mainland location recently moved again in 2020 to our new River Road facility to better provide even better services and equipment to our local community.
Part of our passion as a company has been to enable more people to enjoy boating and fishing. So, in 2000, we set about our goal of growing BC’s fishing lodge business, and we have actively pursued this since then. In order to build more relationships throughout British Columbia, we opened a location in Prince Rupert in 2003 and another in Sandspit in 2004, and we have laboured to become more involved in both of those communities in order to continue helping boaters get the most out of their vessels.
Bridgeview Marine became a certified Mercury Dealer in 1989 and, since then, we have grown into one of BC’s leading authorities and suppliers for Mercury, Mercruiser, and Volvo Penta motors, parts, and service. As boat builders, mechanics, and parts suppliers, we are always ready to get to know the needs of our customers and help them stay afloat.
